Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

We also reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse or cancel orders in cases including suspected fraud, pricing errors, misuse of our Services, or other circumstances that reasonably require cancellation.

5. Subscription Services

Certain Services are offered on a recurring annual subscription basis.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each year.
  • You may cancel before your renewal date.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals.
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
  • Access remains available through the end of your paid subscription term.

Renewal reminders may be provided as a courtesy; however, you remain responsible for managing your subscription prior to renewal.

6. Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund, customers must:

  • Complete all required course modules.
  • Follow the recommended hair care routine for the evaluation period specified within the course.
  • Complete any required worksheets, action steps, or assignments where applicable.
  • Participate in any required coaching sessions included with the purchased program.
  • Provide reasonable documentation demonstrating consistent implementation of the educational guidance provided.
  • Submit before-and-after photographs where applicable.
  • Request the refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, unless a different refund period is clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Refund determinations are made in Educated Blonde's reasonable discretion, consistent with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Educated Blonde to attempt a good-faith resolution may result in suspension or termination of access to our Services.

Our Services are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided through our website, courses, coaching sessions, downloadable materials, emails, community discussions, or other Services constitutes medical advice, dermatological advice, cosmetology licensing instruction, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a licensed physician, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns, scalp disorders, allergic reactions, unexplained hair loss, or other health-related conditions.

8. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is educational in nature and is intended to provide guidance, accountability, and individualized educational support.

Coaching does not establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, cosmetologist-client, or other licensed professional relationship.

Coaching recommendations are based upon the information provided by the participant and may not account for information that has not been disclosed.

9. No Guaranteed Results

While many customers experience positive outcomes, Educated Blonde does not guarantee any particular result.

Individual outcomes depend upon numerous factors, including but not limited to genetics, hair history, chemical services, product selection, styling habits, environmental conditions, consistency, and adherence to the educational guidance provided.

10. User Content

Users may submit:

  • Reviews
  • Comments
  • Community posts
  • Hair photographs
  • Questions
  • Testimonials

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant Educated Blonde a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, host, and distribute your content solely for operating, improving, and promoting our Services.

You represent that:

  • You own the content or have permission to share it.
  • Your content does not violate another person's rights.
  • Your content is truthful.
  • Your content does not contain unlawful material.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or moderate content we reasonably believe violates these Terms or negatively affects our Services or community.

11. Community Expectations

Our goal is to foster a respectful, educational, and supportive community where members can learn, ask questions, and encourage one another.

You agree not to:

13. Limited License

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased materials for your individual use.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials.
  • Record coaching sessions without permission.
  • Upload course materials elsewhere.
  • Sell or redistribute our materials.
  • Create derivative educational works.
  • Use our content for text or data mining, automated scraping, machine learning, artificial intelligence training, or similar technologies without prior written permission.

14. Affiliate Relationships

Educated Blonde may recommend products through affiliate links.

We recommend products based upon our educational judgment and the principles we teachā€”not solely because commissions may be available.

If you purchase through affiliate links, Educated Blonde may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

Educated Blonde reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, for reasons including:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Abuse of staff or community members.
  • Harassment.
  • Unauthorized sharing of educational materials.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Non-payment.
  • Security concerns.
  • Conduct that may reasonably harm Educated Blonde or its community.

Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred prior to termination.

16. Availability of Services

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Educated Blonde and its owners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Educated Blonde during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Educated Blonde and its owners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Violation of another person's rights.
  • Misuse of our educational content or intellectual property.

20. Force Majeure

Educated Blonde shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, pandemics, or failures of third-party providers.

21. Binding Arbitration

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration shall be conducted in Arizona under the rules of the selected arbitration provider.

Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees unless otherwise required by law or awarded by the arbitrator.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal obligations, technology, or operational practices.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Services after revisions become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
